Medical-grade polyurethane gel dome bonded to a rigid ABS backing plate with micro-textured surface relief

Finish:

• Deep-relief 4D domed gel for pronounced depth and light refraction

• UV-stable, high-gloss top-coat

Dimensions & Thickness:

• Standard artwork area resized to 15 cm × 10 cm (custom sizes available on request)

• Gel dome height: 3.5 mm ± 0.3 mm (enhanced 4D effect)

• ABS backing plate thickness: 1.2 mm

Adhesive:

• Permanent, high-tack 3M™ automotive-grade adhesive

• Clean removal with no residue when peeled carefully

Indoor Durability:

• Rated 10+ years (no yellowing or cracking)

Outdoor Durability:

• Rated 5+ years under UV, rain, and temperature extremes

Waterproof & Chemical Resistance:

• Fully waterproof—resistant to rain, car washes, and most cleaning solvents

Surface Preparation:

1. Degrease and clean the mounting surface with isopropyl alcohol.

2. Allow to dry completely—no moisture or dust.

  • 12-month defect warranty covers gel separation or adhesive failure.

  • Excludes normal wear, misuse, or exposure to unapproved chemicals.

• Safety: Avoid application to painted surfaces less than 6 months old. Paint damage may occur.
